“ Great restaurant! Even for a salad, they take the extra step to grill the chicken, which really shows the care they put into their food. The ribeye was cooked perfectly, especially impressive given the thickness of the cut—juicy, tender, and full of flavor. Portions are generous and very reasonably priced, especially with the pasta and salad included. Service was friendly and attentive throughout the meal. Will definitely be visiting again! ”

“ It was a very busy Friday evening, the restaurant was full house. Though there was a queue, 3 groups in front of us, we were still seated rather quickly, within about 15-20mins. We usually frequent the Jewel outlet as I liked visiting the Pokemon Center, and we’d do the usual dinner & movie. However, this time we decided to watch our movie at NEX. NO REGRETS. The food quality and taste is very consistent across both outlets, however I liked their steak at this outlet more. I always order steak at Hot Tomato, medium rare. This outlet delivered it just as I liked. The steaks I had at Jewel’s outlet was always more towards medium than medium rare. But what made our experience a delight was the manager, he noticed we ordered quite a lot(3 mains, of which 2 are set meals, and 2 sides) so once the 2pax table beside us left, he combined our tables and let us have the 4 seats. Which was very thoughtful! And not only that, despite the restaurant being so busy, he checked in with us halfway asking if we needed anything. This is exactly why we will be frequenting NEX, Hot Tomato more often in future for our date nights. Service is not about the extravagant things, it is about the little actions, the engagement that leave people feeling cared for. At that is something AI/technology can never replace(at least not for the next 20-30years) ”

Food served quickly but order is always on point even with my complicated order. The crew is very welcoming and friendly. Perfect Medium Rare Steak <3 ”
